We staged this one-bedroom apartment within McCarthy & Stone’s Retirement Living PLUS range (Assisted Living). Our goal was to create a space that meets the evolving needs of the senior community. Ex-rental Property Staging

This charming cottage was previously rented out, but the landlord decided to put it on the market for sale. After the tenant moved out, the property was left empty. We staged the home to showcase its layout and highlight the potential of each room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that emphasises the abundant natural light.

This two-bedroom flat had been rented out for many years and needed a refresh before it could be sold. We renovated and staged the space to create a modern and inviting atmosphere that appeals to young local professionals. Show Home Staging

We partially staged this show home in a beautiful small development in Felsted, North Essex, which features seven quality properties ranging from 1,208 to 1,746 square feet. Aimed at families, our staging emphasises the inviting entertainment spaces, showcasing how the open-plan living area can be configured to maximize its potential. By highlighting the versatility and flow of the layout, we created an atmosphere that allows families to envision their lives in this exceptional home.

3D Floor Plans

We created 3D floor plans for this collection of two, three, and four-bedroom new homes located in a semi-rural area near Braintree, North Essex. The developer aimed to distinguish these properties from the competition, and our detailed floor plans provide potential buyers with a clear vision of the spacious layouts and functional design.
